  • One year seems like a long time, but gosh does it fly by. The only required meeting time is 1.5 hours per month so the program is generally considered low touch and high impact! The work I’ve done with clients around time management and prioritization generally finds them between 5-10 hours per week of time back in their schedule, so the ROI is there.

  • Executive leadership coaching can cost upwards of $30,000-$50,000 per year, so relatively speaking, this is a great deal! However, I can understand the sticker shock if it is coming out of your own pocket. I do offer a quarterly payment plan or a 5% discount if paid in full. Many clients request professional development funds from their employer and get it covered that way. Reach out if you’d like a template to support that request with your employer.

  • No problem! We truly appreciate your growth mindset and desire to challenge yourself to be a better leader. We kick off this program with a hearty self-assessment process that has proven enlightening for our clients. We also do a Leadership Capability 360 assessment to source feedback from those that work closest with you. Even the most season leaders have come away with areas to grow and develop.

  • Of course. We offer Leadership Intensives which are 2-3 months and laser focus on a single area of growth and development, complete with easy-to-implement tools and frameworks to support your work day-to-day. You may also consider a 3 or 6-month coaching engagement. We don’t like cookie cutter approaches and are happy to tailor a program to meet your needs.
